As a non-profit organization (501 3 (c)), NCAI can NOT endorse a political candidate. To do so, would jeopardize their tax exempt status.

All things being equal, one can deduce that NCAI (or its parts) would endorse the candidate MOST friendly and apt to advance meaning American Indian policy.
